Educational Qualification and Experience

Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I):

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University .

  • Mandatory Certifications: Candidates must possess any one of the following valid certifications :

    • IC 38 from the Insurance Institute of India

    • NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification

    • NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification

    • NISM Series V-D: Mutual Fund-Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in sales of wealth products with Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities firms, AMCs, or Wealth Management companies in India .

  • Preferred: A two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Banking .

Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II):

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University AND Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification .

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank .

  • Preferred: Experience in Corporate Credit .

Important Note: Post-qualification experience of less than six months as on September 1, 2026, will generally not be counted, except where the experience is part of the candidate’s current employment. Experience in the clerical cadre will not be considered .

Service Bond

Selected candidates will be required to execute a service bond :

  • MMG/S-II (Credit Analyst): Serve for 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to 3 months’ gross salary, subject to a maximum of ₹3 lakh.
