Salary / Pay Scale (Annual CTC)

The positions offer attractive negotiated compensation packages :

Note: Annual CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate’s experience and current emoluments . Performance Linked Pay and Annual Increments are based on performance rating as per the Bank’s policy .

Contract Period: The initial contract is for 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at the Bank’s discretion. Either party may terminate the contract with 2 months’ notice or payment/surrender of 2 months’ compensation in lieu .

Selection Process

There is no written examination for this recruitment . The selection process consists of:

1. Shortlisting: A committee will evaluate candidates based on qualifications and experience. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call .

2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews (100 marks) .

3. CTC Negotiation: Salary negotiations are conducted individually .

4. Merit List: Final selection is based solely on interview scores. In case of a tie, candidates are ranked by age, in descending order .
